Abilene Reporter News - The fact that Abilene police have not arrested anyone in connection with the shooting death of Austin David last week is not unusual, Taylor County District Attorney James Eidson said. But Charles Bubany, who teaches criminal law and Texas criminal procedure at the Texas Tech University School of Law, said the situation may not be unprecedented but it is atypical.

GO San Angelo - For the second year in a row, Angelo State University has set a spring semester enrollment record. On Feb. 7, there were 6,191 students taking classes, compared with 5,895 for the 2010 spring semester. ASU has been a member of the Texas Tech University System since 2007.
